Warranty Information
Our machines are intended for off road use only & should NEVER under any circumstances be used on the road. Riders should always observe the essential warnings & safety advice for our products & should only operate off road machines when wearing full body safety equipment & helmet.
Our products come with either a 3 month, 6 month or 12 month parts only warranty. Full details can be found on each product page under the "important product information" tab.
**Please note that the guarantee / warranty is 'Return to Base' (RTB). The cost to return the goods to us and the delivery back of the goods are the responsibility of the purchaser.
**Please also note that the guarantee / warranty will be void if the vehicle is not serviced in line with the servicing policy, or if the vehicle is used outside of its guidelines. For example, electric vehicles are for DRY USE ONLY.
Maintenance: All off-road vehicles require frequent servicing + maintenance and common parts will sometimes require replacement. Please do not purchase any of our products unless you are willing to maintain the vehicle to a high standard.
